Artist Profile: DC

Smokin good and Rollin clean is what David Conti is all about. This mile high emcee has a lifetime love for cars, (Porsches specifically) chillin with his homies, and makin tracks. "DC" (as they call him) growing up always seemed too gravitate too a very conscious and intelectual style of hip hop including rappers such as nas, Damian marley, Kendrick Lamar, big krit, currensy and wiz khalifa. A big reason for his current "high conscious rapper" persona. Sharing his love for music with others, Dc linked up with his close friend cody lewis (aka clew) and decided to create a hip hop crew called "Highfeatures". Shortly after linking up with mason davis aka mastermind and alex wegeinka aka aw creating a brotherhood of what we know today as high features.

C-Lew is an original member of High Features! Growing up Denver Colorado C-Lew really understands the meaning of "Mile High Living" his unique rap style intertwines conscious rap with a smokers vibe! His last two project "Home Grown" and "CLear Mind CLear Thoughts" have laid the foundation for this up in coming artist and shows C-Lew's passion for knowledge, Wisdom, Kush, and Colorado! Fan favorites "Back Alley Flow( Prod By: 5StarGenerals)" "The Madness (Prod By: Nerd Beatz)" and "My Grind (Prod By: FlyLife Productions)" all off of "CLear Mind CLear Thoughts" really show off this unique Rocky Mountain style!

WHO WE ARE

This is the High Features fan page. High Features consists of Colorado M.C.'s C-Lew, Mastermind, AW, And DC . . . stay tuned to learn about shows, mixtapes, singles, and whats going on in the lives of these Mile High Representers.

In 2009 a group of brothers begat a hip hop group known as "Denver City Movement" (D.C.M). Mastermind, D.C., and C-Lew came together to freestyle over random instrumentals and make music just for fun. As skills progressed the group decided to take a different approach and change their name in 2010 to The Jet Sons after being highly influenced by the cartoon series The Jetsons as children. This name stood with the group most of 2010 and into 2011.

After about 9 months of music absence from The Jet Sons due to living arrangements and long distance complications, The Jets Sons decided to take another shot trying to make music and completely changed their approach and direction for yet a second time and finally formed the group you see today - High Features - in 2012. the group that originally consisted of DC, C-Lew, and Mastermind opened up their doors AW. This team of M.C.'s are working hard to be that extra something Colorado has needed to show there is quality hip hop out here.
